I HAVE COMPLETED 4 ORDERS AND MORE THAN THE MINIMUM PAYMENT AMOUNT. THE BILLING PERIOD HAS ENDED, BUT UNTIL NOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PAYMENT!!!! IF YOU SAY CONTACT EMAIL GET TRANSFER OR BLA BLA BLAAA... I HAVE CONTACT EMAIL FINANCE GET TRANSFER BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE!!! WHAT APPLICATION IS LIKE THIS? FRAUD APPLICATION!!! YOU TAKE MONEY FROM THE CUSTOMER BUT NOT PAY IT TO THE DRIVER!!

Firstly, I hope change the payment methods, paid directly, not paid a month, it is very burdensome, driver himself does not dare to take the risk of a job that has high costs. You only work behind the scenes but don't know the reality, such as transfers from main island to another island.. the airport in Bali to the hotels on Nusa Penida island. The guest arrival schedule at the airport is not possible to transfer coz the fastboat departure schedule is only 2 times.

At this point with all the reviews and personal experience I'd say this app is a scamming app and need to be reported to the authorities. They are so good as responding when you sign up but all that changes once it's time to get paid. If I could rate this negative five star, (-5) I honestly would
